Reporting an Issue via Website:
You can use this web-form to submit your issue 24 hours a day. A member of Harford County's Constituent Services staff will review your submission during regular business hours and direct the issue to the appropriate department. If a submission deals with an issue that does not fall under the purview of County Government, an effort will be made to direct you to the appropriate agency. All submissions will receive feedback from a representative of County Government.

Harford County Connect is a free, simple, and intuitive smart phone application that enables citizens to identify public safety, quality of life, and environmental issues and report them for quick resolution. Powered by CitySourced technology, the application uses your smart phone's global positioning system to automatically provide the issue's location, simplifying the reporting process for both you and county staff. Once you have submitted an issue, you can track resolution efforts within Harford County Connect or via the web. Harford County Connect is free to download and use. Report an Issue via Telephone:
The Office of Constituent Services is available via telephone during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm). They are able to answer questions and to direct issues to the proper agencies for resolution.
